Fund Privately: Buy Crypto With Monero or Zcash and Trade on Any Chain
Send XMR or ZEC, receive SOL, ETH, BNB, Base ETH or GRAM at any address you pick, and start trading with a wallet nobody can trace back to your exchange account.

The problem this solves
Almost everyone's trading wallet is one hop from a KYC exchange withdrawal. That single hop is enough for anyone with a block explorer and some patience to attach a real name to every position you have ever taken: your entries, your bags, your losses, the token you launched last month.
Fund Privately breaks that hop. Monero and Zcash shielded transactions hide sender, receiver and amount, so the money arriving in your new wallet has no readable history behind it. The wallet starts clean.
What it actually does
It is a non-custodial swap desk built into Memez.wtf. You tell it what you're sending and where the output should land, it quotes a live rate through an instant-exchange partner, and it gives you a one-time deposit address. Memez never holds your coins and never sees a private key.
Fund in
XMR or ZEC in, native gas out on the chain of your choice, delivered to any address you paste — your connected wallet or a brand new one.
Cash out
Profits back out into Monero or Zcash at your own shielded address, without routing through a centralised exchange first.
Supported chains and limits
Robinhood Chain isn't offered by the swap partners yet. It uses ETH for gas, so fund into Ethereum or Base and bridge over until it's listed.
Step by step
- Open Fund Privately. Sign in, then use the More menu (or the hamburger menu on mobile) and choose Tools, Fund Privately (XMR/ZEC).
- Choose your direction and coin. Stay on the Fund tab to convert privacy coins into gas, or switch to Cash out to go the other way. Pick Monero or Zcash.
- Pick the chain you want to land on. Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base or GRAM. Each chain has its own minimum and maximum per swap.
- Enter the amount and get a rate. Type how much you're sending and hit Get rate. You'll see the estimated amount you receive before committing to anything.
- Set the destination address. Your connected wallet is filled in automatically. Use a fresh wallet instead if you want a clean address with no prior history. Add a refund address so a failed swap can return your coins.
- Create the swap and send. You get a one-time deposit address. Send exactly the quoted amount from your Monero or Zcash wallet.
- Watch the order complete. The order updates itself while it waits, confirms, exchanges and sends. Funds arrive in the destination wallet, and you can start trading immediately.
Who this is for
- Traders who don't want to be followed. Wallet trackers and copy bots feed on public entries. A fresh, unlinked wallet is the cheapest defence there is.
- Creators launching a token. A dev wallet with a visible exchange withdrawal behind it invites doxxing before the first buy lands.
- People who value ordinary financial privacy. Not wanting your salary, your net worth and your bad trades to be public is normal.
- Anyone already holding XMR or ZEC. Skip the exchange round trip entirely and go straight into whatever chain you're trading.
What stays public — read this part
- Every trade you make is public. Buys, sells, balances and reflections sit on-chain like any other wallet.
- Graduated tokens are fully transparent. Pool activity after graduation is visible to everyone, always.
- Creator activity is never hidden. Dev wallet moves, locks, burns and sell-tax settings stay public by design.
- Reusing a wallet undoes the benefit. If you fund privately into an address that already has an exchange withdrawal in its history, you've linked it again.
- This is privacy from the crowd. It is not cryptographic privacy for your trading, and we will never claim it is.
Does it break curve fairness?
No. The bonding curve prices every buy the same way regardless of the wallet's funding history — 1B supply, 750M graduation target, the 90 SOL equivalent bond target and the 1.25% fee schedule are untouched. Sniper protection, anti-bundling and holder rewards all work exactly as before. Read the bonding curve guide if you want the mechanics in full.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy meme coins with Monero?
Yes, indirectly. On Memez.wtf you open Fund Privately, send XMR from your own Monero wallet to a one-time deposit address, and the swap partner sends SOL, ETH, BNB, Base ETH or GRAM to the wallet address you choose. You then trade with that wallet like any other. Monero itself never touches the bonding curve.
How do I buy Solana with Monero or Zcash?
Pick Solana as the receiving chain in Fund Privately, enter how much XMR or ZEC you want to send, paste the Solana address that should receive the SOL, and create the swap. You get a deposit address and a live rate. Send the coins, and the SOL lands in that wallet, usually within minutes of the network confirming.
Does this require KYC or an account with an exchange?
You need a Memez account to see your order history, but the swap itself is run by an instant-exchange partner and is non-custodial. Most swaps in the supported size range complete without identity checks, though any exchange partner can flag an individual order under its own compliance rules. We do not promise that no order will ever be reviewed.
What exactly stays private, and what doesn't?
The link between your funding source and your trading wallet is what stays private: Monero and Zcash shielded transactions do not expose sender, receiver or amount, so nobody can walk your funding history backwards on a block explorer. Everything you do after that — every buy, sell, holding and reflection — is fully public on-chain, exactly like any other wallet. This is privacy from the crowd, not cryptographic privacy for your trades.
Which chains can I fund privately?
Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base and GRAM (TON). Robinhood Chain is not supported by the swap partners yet; because it uses ETH for gas, you can fund into Ethereum or Base and bridge across in the meantime.
Can I cash out back into Monero or Zcash?
Yes. The same page has a Cash out tab: send SOL, ETH, BNB, Base ETH or GRAM to the deposit address you're given, and XMR or ZEC arrives at your Monero or Zcash address. Same limits, same rates, opposite direction.
Is using a privacy coin to fund a wallet legal?
Monero and Zcash are legal to hold and transact in most jurisdictions, but rules differ by country and some exchanges restrict them. You are responsible for your own local law and your own tax reporting. This guide is information, not legal or financial advice.
Does private funding give anyone an unfair edge on the bonding curve?
No. The curve does not know or care where your SOL came from. Pricing, the 750M graduation target, the fee schedule, sniper protection and anti-bundling all behave identically. A privately funded wallet is just a wallet.
What are the fees and limits?
You pay the swap partner's spread inside the quoted rate plus the network fees on both sides. Memez does not add a platform fee to private funding. Per-swap limits are set per chain, for example 0.05 to 300 SOL, 0.005 to 10 ETH and 1 to 20,000 GRAM.
